A cornerstone of our family values starts here. Laura has instilled the importance of family and high quality work at a young age in our family partially because construction was a lifestyle growing up. She is the daughter to the late Les Marino of Modern Continental Construction Company. Les is a construction legend in Boston, MA,  as well as,  an entrepreneur in many business ventures. "Our whole team is what makes us successful and cohesive," she states. Laura is the driving force behind maintaining this culture. Through her leadership, Laura has continued to uphold the legacy of her father, Les Marino, who was not only known for his contributions to the construction industry but also for his entrepreneurial spirit. Laura blends that same innovative mindset with a commitment to family values, driving the company forward with integrity, transparency, and a passion for excellence in every project.

With years of experience at top-tier firms like Modern Continental, LMH, and Manafort Transit, Lelio brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to our family-owned business. His expertise helps us uphold the core values that have made us a trusted partner in the construction industry for generations.
